1. The service
BotQuarters is a desktop app that organises AI coding assistants into a team that works on your computer. These terms apply to the app, this website and your BotQuarters account.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
3. Subscription
BotQuarters is offered as a monthly subscription. Price, billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds will be described here when paid subscriptions open. A subscription may be used on one computer at a time.
4. Your AI assistants and their costs
Your teammates use AI services that you connect with your own accounts (for example Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or OpenCode) or local models. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms, and any usage costs they charge are yours. Choose spending levels that fit your budget.
5. Your work
Projects and files created with BotQuarters belong to you and stay on your computer. You are responsible for reviewing work before you use, publish or deploy it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use BotQuarters to break the law, to harm others, or to break the terms of the AI services you connect.
7. No warranty
AI can make mistakes. BotQuarters is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
