The short version
Your projects stay on your Mac. We only keep what we need to run your account and subscription: your email, your subscription status and which computer is using your licence.
What we collect
- Account: email address and a securely hashed password.
- Subscription: plan, status and renewal date. Payments will be handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
- Licence: an anonymous identifier and the name of the computer that uses your subscription, so it can run on one computer at a time.
- Emails: we send account emails such as verification and password reset codes.
What we do not collect
Your projects, files, prompts and the conversations your team has stay on your computer. The AI services you connect receive what your team sends them under their own privacy policies.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service: account and database hosting, email delivery, website and download hosting, and (when subscriptions open) a payment provider. They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep data
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep (for example invoices).
Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Türkiye, you have rights under the GDPR and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), including the right to:
- learn whether your data is processed and get a copy of it,
- have it corrected or deleted,
- object to processing and restrict it,
- receive your data in a portable format, and
- complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
We process account data to provide the service you signed up for (contract) and to meet legal obligations. Data may be processed outside your country by our providers with appropriate safeguards.
